I was browsing through my All Images folder on my Mac, and there are weird images of people I've never seen before in it, I'm thinking they might be from the Adobe apps I have installed or something? Strange...

yeh its pretty much every image on your Mac. ive found some strange ones with Photoshop, Developer tools and MATLAB installed.
enable Finder's path bar and find out which hierarchy the photos started them add it to Spotlight's privacy list.
