So yesterday I loaded up Bootcamp with Win7 (yay no Mac version of Rifts). After about 2 hours of trying to get Windows to recognize the video card, and still working on the sound issues since installing the drivers from the disk or Realtek isn't working, I encountered a new problem.

I can connect to the internet through the windows os without an issue. But now when I boot into Snow Leopard os, there is no internet access. The diagnostic tool says everything is working fine however no pages comes up, no downloading is possible. This is both being hard wired and wireless. It's as if the hardware itself is recognized and working fine but it just doesn't realize I have an active internet provider. I would post what the error is but it's just the standard "not connected to the internet" page that pops up if your access is cut off or the modem is down. And again, this only started after playing Rift for a bit and turning the computer off last night. Get up this morning, boot up into Snow Leopard, no access. It worked fine right before logging into the game (of course this is after spending so much time working out the vid card issue and just giving up on the sound issues for the night).

iMac model is the mid 2010's with the Radeon HD 5670 3.2 GHz. The only modifications is a bit of extra RAM.

I'd like to avoid a full reinstall if at all possible.
