My son just sent me a couple of screenshots with strange issues happening to his text bubbles in iMessage. So far, he's only seen this on the blue bubbles (his texts sent via iMessage). He has not seen this on the grey bubbles (the other person's texts) or on the green SMS texts...
He's got a VZW iPhone 7 Plus, and he recently upgraded to iOS 11.2.5 - he can't recall any changes that he's done or apps that he added around the time this started (a couple of weeks ago), and says it's totally random - sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't... but again, it's only on the blue bubbles in iMessage.
