Im typing this for my dad...

Okay... A few days ago, my dad tried to buy an app from iTunes (MacBook Air), and started having this problem:

Normally, iTunes prompts for a password, you put it in, and it starts downloading. For him, it keeps looping Everytime he enters the password. It doesn't tell him its incorrect, just keeps asking for it (later found it it's the same
on his iPad and MacBook Pro too).

He set up his account years and years ago and never had any issues. However, his username isn't a @mac email address (like mine). I'm wondering if since the recent iCloud switch, that might have something to do with it...

Should he delete iTunes and reinstall from scratch?

He can't access the Account button in tunes to change anything btw...

Anybody have any thoughts, suggestions, tips, etc... Any help is greatly appreciated
