Strange iTunes Stopping Randomly Problem

Well, it exactly does what it says on the tin. My iTunes seems to have developed a rather random problem where it will be halfway through a song and just stop. It does it totally randomly sometimes at the start, sometimes in the middle, etc, etc. But the song just stops, press play again and were away but it does get slightlllllllllyyyyyyy annoying.

Any ideas what could be causing it?

If you create a new user account in System Preferences, does the same thing happen in that version of iTunes?
