Hi! I have an 13" Mid-2010 Macbook Pro with the intel Core 2 Duo and I have had couple of spills on the macbook and I know how to clean them with no effort at all but this time, things got very strange.

I spilled a drop or two of Coke to my keyboard, I Started cleaning it right away after the spill and used a bit of force on the keyboard. After a while I used my keyboard and noticed that some keys weren't working at all, so I plugged in my external keyboard and checked that almost every key on the Macbook's keyboard was recognized (on the on-screen keyboard) but it did the error sound every time I typed a letter with it. So I reinstalled the OS and it didn't help.

So should I take my macbook pro apart and try to check the connections on the keyboard or what?

Thanks in Advance! :apple:

hmm maybe it dosent work because you've split on it?
Just a thought

Well actually, cause i'm Scandinavian I have my ÄÅÖs and they won't work either cause I the "Coke leak" was a minor leak and i only had like 3 keys sticky.
