Strange large invisible files in user library

In my ~/Library/ I observe a few strange invisible files that have quite some size:

.pbz.qriba-grxxx.guvax (1.2 MB)
.rdb.stkdc-itrxxxx.lcf (160 B)
etc

There are simlar files in .../Application Support

What are these? Are they OS related or of some app?

'quite some size'? 1.2mb? 160b?? they're tiny files. and if they're there, and invisible... leave them.
