Strange Line on Safari

I am getting a horizontal line on Safari on an iPad 3 (see the line just above the T-Mobile banner). This is not unique to MacRumors. Any ideas?

Have you tried quitting the app from the multitasking bar or rebooting?

Looks like the scroll bar is stuck in a different orientation than the rest of Safari.
Try a hard reset (hold power and home until device restarts)

I got it too on my mini. It's only when zoomed in, obviously. It's a bug and has been around since the mini came out.sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't.

Not just the mini. I've had my iPad 2 for two years and just had this problem when I started using the split keyboard recently for first time. Vanished when I merged away the split. Looks like this bug has been around in iOS for a long time. I'm in iOS 7 now.

I noticed the issue the other day on my mini and made a thread about it thinking it was a bug. A hard reboot fixed it.
