Strange lines appearing when powering up Iphone 4

Just activated/jb/and unlocked my iphone 4 today. Everything is working fine but I noticed a set of lines that appear when the phone powers up, while showing the apple sign.

Anyone have an idea what this is? As far as I can remember, it didn't show the lens when I powered it up before jb/unlocking(but no positive, since I only powered it once). Thanks in advance for your help!

Ya it happens to all devices that are jb'ed via jailbreakme.com. Luckily for me I was able to jb via pwnage tool so that doesn't apply to me!

if you take a look at the tutorial videos even their phones have those lines...
