Strange Message Regarding Time Capsule Back-Ups

Hi All,

I am getting the following message regarding my Time Capsule back ups which I have never got before & I find very strange. It says, that it will remove all previous back ups (which I want to keep!) if I engage Time Capsule?

I have no idea why this is - can anyone help & explain what is going on?
