Strange mission control bug

Hi, I have a macbook pro m1, I got a strange bug with mission control, every 5 of 10 times that i press the mouse button to activate mission control it stops working at all for a while, then after a couple of minute works again... I thought it could be a problem with the mouse since I use a mx master 3 and i read it had some problem with m1, but actually once mission control crashed it doesn't work even opening it from launchpad. Even using the command killall dock from terminal it doesn't resume right away
