Strange occurrence

Has anyone ever experienced another app opening, such as camera or music when unlocking the phone? Sometimes, not often, I'm using an app then go back to the home screen. Phone goes to sleep after 1 minute of non-use and when I unlock the phone again it may open with the previously used app or even a different one such as Contacts. I've had music app re-open even after shutting it down (i.e., double click and close app). Very strange. Thanks all
