Strange Phone Call Behavior

Beta 3. When dialing a proper phone call- and the recipient's phone is ringing I get a mid-screen prompt saying there is a crash (Which I have never seen on an iPhone before) but the call still continues to go through but you can't get back to the keypad screen to press anything or to change to speaker phone, etc. You know the call is still going through as on the main page with the apps the call indicator in the left hand corner is green and you can through the speaker hear the other party pick up. When the call is over, there is no way to end the call from my side, the other person has to hang up for the green upper left hand corner phone indicator to turn from green to black.
