Strange placement of icons with updates

Does anyone else get that weird icon placement where it's completely off to the far right of the actually app?
(see picture below)

Is there another method to fix this issue besides rebooting the ipad 2? (Yes, rebooting solves it but it's time consuming)

Cydia apps installed:
Barrel
Iconoclasm
Infinifolders
RetinaPad

graviboard
retinapad
pull to refresh mail
gestures enabled
pkgbackup
sbsettings
and a couple of others

it makes me think its a barrel problem?

Yes, it is a barrel problem. I had this issue too, then I uninstalled barrel and now my ipad works fine.
