Not sure where this icon appear from, but I notice it some time shows up and goes away when I'm on youtube.com in Safari.

I can't watch any videos in youtube. It gives me a playback error with an ID. I tried clearing my cookies, cache, restarted my computer and it's still not working.

I feel as though it has something to do with that fishy icon in my menubar. I've never seen it there before and don't know how to get rid of it.

I don't know what it is, either, but here are some things I'd try:

Look in Safari-->Preferences-->Extensions... is there an extension there you don't recognize?
Try the Firefox browser... does it play youtube videos ok?
Look in System Preferences-->Users&Groups-->Login Items... is there a login item in there you don't recognize?
Create another user account (just for testing--you can delete it after)... can the new user play youtube videos in Safari?
Download Malwarebytes and use the free scan for malware/unwanted programs (you can uninstall after)

Solenoid thank you so much! I just updated to Big Sure beta 10 so that definitely was it!
