Strange pop up image on my Iphone

Why do you have it on your jailbroken iPhone if you don't know what it is? You have to actively install it for it to be there.
Did someone JB your iPhone for you, add some Cydia apps, and just give it to you without explaining anything?

It's an app to turn on/off things like wifi, 3G etc without having to go into settings. You swipe the status bar at the top of the screen to get it to open. If its opening on it's own you can adjust the sensitivity of the swipe.

Common guys, is it hard to explain? I've got it after JB was installed. Is it normal?
I figured he was talking about the strange status bar at the bottom right of the screen. But I guess not.
your best bet would be to youtube "best jailbroken apps" and watch videos where people show you how and what certain apps are, good luck
