Strange problem: iPhone only charges through Mac, will not charge via wall charger

Hi all,

I have a pretty strange problem that I haven't encountered before. My iPhone only charges through my Mac, and will not charge through a wall charger. I tested the set up with multiple chargers (original and third party), multiple cables, and even in multiple cities. But I can't figure it out.

If it helps, it's a 6s Plus running 9.3.3.

Anyone ever hear of such an issue?

I guess something's wrong with your Power brick and/or wall socket.

Well he did say multiple chargers (I guess he means power brick) and multiple cities (which would imply different sockets). That's a weird issue OP, just take it to Apple, will be interested to hear what's going on with that phone, definitely not normal.

Yep, you got it. Tried several power bricks, USB cables, sockets but no dice. It doesn't even work on an external battery like a Mophie. No idea why it's only limited to my laptop.
