Strange Problem with iPhone Wifi

Hello


im having a problem with my iphone wifi... it cannot connect to my home
wifi network and it behaves very strangely...

- it identifies the network correctly... but when i put in my WEP key
and ask it to join, my router resets itself... this seems very strange
because it seems iphone is transmitting some signals to my router and
causing it to reset itself.. this happens every time i try...

any help wud be highly appreciated.
