Strange Problem

Anyone have this probem: on my iMac keyboard the keys straight down in line: "8, i, k, and ," are all inop. Everything else perfect. Took keyboard to another iMac and works perfectly. Took to Apple Repair Shop in town and works perfectly. So just on my machine are these 4 keys inop. Any suggestions?

Try with another keyboard. Also, repair permissions with Disk Utility
