iPhone strange rare issue on incoming calls

i think this issue started with iphone 6 (ios8). i didnt have it on my iphone 5 (ios7 or ios8). this happening every some days. years now i am using bluetooth to talk. i dont know what is the problem but i didnt have it years back from every apple device i got. (3gs,4,4s,5)

my telephone starts ringing without sound, i can see the incoming call because i have it in front of me.
i accept the call and i cannot listen to the caller nor from the speaker nor from the earpiece nor from my bluetooth. ( i dont remember if he can listen me).
i reject the call. the caller calls me again, the same.
i have to restart the iphone to fix this.
one thing that i didnt try is to play some music or game to see if it sounds right.

my god this ios is bloody buggy. on 8.1.3 the same. i am now on 8.3 beta 2 and still this happens. i try also another bluetooth. the same.
dont tell me about do not disturb, or ringer volume, or mute button. simply its not.
also my device is setup as new and not restored from backup. (no jailbreak)
anyone else with this same story?

I had the same issue with an iPhone 5C, but shortly thereafter it died completely and had to be replaced. SO it may be a bad omen of things to come.
 
ohhh no, i dont want to think of this. my iphone6 is just 4 months new!
this thing also its not happening every day or on every call, so its difficult to prove it to an apple service.
