Not sure if this has been reported, with Apple Smart Keyboard attached, if you start Safari at first time, the keyboard bar is at wrong orientation position. The work around is to manual rotate iPad position to portrait then back on landscape, or open any other app, then go back to Safari. It only happen when first start Safari. Here is a screen capture of the initial keyboard bar position:
