MacBook Air M1 (2020) running Ventura
Dell UDCC22 dock with many external drives & monitors
here's the problem: lately, whenever I shut down, the MacBook automatically restarts.
no idea why! I tell it to shutdown NOT to restart, yet it does it anyhow.
then I get two more curious messages:
1 - this mac was shut down because of a problem (you guys know that one) ... if you want to open the same apps... (and so on...)
2 - one of the hard drives or volumes is not readable, so it offers to open DISC ULITITIES, but I can never figure out which disc is causing the error message.
I am tempted just to upgrade to SONOMA right away, and hopefully the new system won't still have this problem.
thanks for any feedback / suggestions!
