Strange SMS problem on iPhone

Hi all

I have a rather strange problem and I don't really know whether its the iPhone at fault, or the receiving phone. The thing is, my other half has an SGS3. Sometimes, the texts I send him come through with part of the message I've just sent, and then some random text from another message I may have sent days earlier. This has just happened this morning.

Has anyone else seen this before? It used to happen when I had a 4S (now have a 5) and it used to happen when he had an S2.
