Strange sounds coming from my MBP 2010 17"

Hello, I was using it on my laps. When I lifted it, I heard strange sounds. It was like a small piece of component broke down. I opened the case and found nothing. I manually moved the two fans but no sound. I closed the base and when I moved the machine, strange sound came out again. What do you think it is?
