Hi Guys, I experienced some pretty unusual behaviour on my dual Mac Pro (Early 2009 4,1 to 5,1) 🤔

Any USB input from mouse or keyboard had no effect and the Bluetooth symbol on the top menu bar was grayed out and said “bluetooth not available”.
After forcing a restart with the power button, USB mouse and keyboard started working intermittently (Bluetooth still off), I tried using all the other back and front USB ports but nothing changed, then eventually the USB completely quit again.

I forced restart a second time and now all seems back to normal, btw in 12 years I never experienced anything similar, do you guys know if this is some kind of symptom of some impending hardware failure I should act upon before it’s too late?

Thanks for your help:)
