iPhone Strange white glob on top left corner of screen - please assist

My iPhone 5 is jailbroken but for some reason lately when I open apps I get this white glob on the top left corner of the screen that appears. It goes away after a few seconds but don't know what it causing it. Has anyone ever seen it before, any fix? See picture attached.

I noticed that too.
It wasn't on every app, just some. Right now it isn't happening so perhaps a reboot fixes it.

I only have nitrous installed and noslowanimations
