Everytime i boot my macbook pro up, a finder windows opens. It's completely empty, and titled ".de02c7.010." Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this happening? IT doesn't mess up anything, its just getting quite annoying.

Thanks.

For starters, I'd look at the Login Items tab of your Accounts prefpane for anything suspicious. Start by removing everything from there and logout/login and see if it persists.

Your a genius, that folder was in my startup items. How odd that it got there though. I'd never have thought of looking there (stupidity maybe).

Thanks very much for your help.
