Strategy war game app

Hello,

I have an iPad mini, And I'm looking for a strategy wargame app.

I'm not interested in building up an army and the resources like bases and armour. But just be given an army and equipment to fight with.

I have played Battle Alert and Clash of Clans but you have to build an army and the resources before you can fight and that takes too much time.

Does anyone know of such a wargame app?
