Nope. You can do audio that way, but not video. If you posted the video in iTunes and played it on each individual Apple TV, I think that should work fine. But you can't send the video to multiple ATV's from your computer.

I have a Windows 7 PC serving my iTunes library (big mistake, huge, switching back to my Mac mini as soon as I get a new bigger disc installed) and three Apple TVs. Streaming from iTunes to all three independently works fine but only when they're set up with Home Sharing and you're driving the interface from them. If as you say, you use iTunes to send the video to the ATV you have to choose which one and only one.

I airplay mirrored to two apple TVs by using airplay for one and airparrot for the other one.
