Hi, I'm a newbie to this forum.

Is the iPad able to stream an app (Netflix, you tube, etc.) and minimize it so you can watch while you surf?

I use my Roku to stream while I'm on other sites on my iPad using Safari,
but I'd like to be able to do both on the iPad away from home.

I'll watch a movie in a small screen in the corner of my laptop and use Safari, but I can't find any way to do this on the iPad.

Thanks,
FK. :)

Apple has not added multi-window multitasking yet. Its been rumored to be in the works. The iPad Air 2 now has the hardware for the multitasking. It's likely that Apple has some tablet-optimized way of doing multi-window multitasking that needs some work before they can release it.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Is it harder to design this feature in a tablet format,
or is this something they just didn't do before?

Thanks,
FK
