Stream files (video and music) to PC??

I have the iphone 4 and its jailbroken ive been looking for days now on how to stream the videos i have downloaded through ifile, to my pc? Is it even possible? Everytime i search in google, bing, yahoo, everytime it swaps it for streaming from pc to iphone but i need from iphone to pc. Is there any app or cydia mod of some sort to make this happen? I know you can physically transfer the files to your comp through like wincp or w.e its called but is that the only way? I only need to just like stream them i dont need them permanately on my comp.
