Stream iPhone Camera To Mac

Hi all,
I'm finding this to be a hard one to find. All I want is to set my iPhone or iPodTouch somewhere around my house and have it stream the camera to my mac. I'm trying to litterbox train my kitten and I'd like to have a camera set up in the bathroom and stream to my MacBook across the house.

All I've found so far is the UStream app but there's significant delays having to send the camera to their server then back to my laptop.

I figured there must be a simple app to launch on the iPhone to start the streaming via Bonjour and be able to pick it up with some other app on my Mac.

Any ideas?

There's a simple free webcam app. I forget its name right now, but it works pretty well.
