That is of Patrick Roy's retirement announcement. Not only do I want to rip this video I also want to into some kind of video that can be viewed in QuickTime. Roy's one of my biggest role models and I cant believe I’m never going to be able to see him play again and I REALY want this video.

I don't know how to rip those on a Mac, but if you've got access to a PC, use StreamBox. It's an excellent program and one of the few things I still use Windows for.
