STREAM TV to ipad

I am Visiting Palestine for 2 months and would like to keep up with the News.

CNN
MSNBC
etc

I watch these stations and a few more. I have Direct TV and Comcast in my house, and i was wondering if there is anyway to view these stations on my ipad over wifi while i am there.
