Stream video from iPad to PC?

Can I use Airplay (or some other solution) to stream video from my iPad to a PC running iTunes (or other software)?

There's no way to do it with the built in software.

You can stream from iPad 2 to Apple TV 2 via AirPlay. You can stream audio to Apple TV 1, and Apple Airport Express.

There are probably 3rd party solutions, but I expect they stream video from a specific App on iPad to a receiver application that runs on your PC/Mac. There isn't a way to capture or forward video output from the built in iPad Apps using the official SDK.
