Streaming 1080p - 6 Plus

Hey,

So, I have the iPhone 6 Plus and can't seem to find 1080p videos to stream... Youtube or otherwise. Youtube caps them at 720p, iTunes movie trailers seem to not play at 1080p.... how are y'all watching things in 1080p?
