So... Can iTunes in the cloud stream a song, or can it only download songs? Also, if it can stream, does it always download the song after it's streamed? I'm trying to decide between the 16 and 32 gb 4s and this is the determining factor.

From what I understand ... if you start playing a song from iCloud it plays the song and starts to download the song in the background. Once it finishes downloading the song stays on your phone until you delete it.
