Streaming iPhone 4 recorded video from PC to Xbox360

Has anyone had luck streaming the iPhone 4's 720p recorded video from a computer to the Xbox360? I can get it to stream and play, but the video is in slow motion.

I've tried from both a PC and from a MacBook Pro (using Connect360) with the same results.

Anyone successful with this? Does the video need to be converted?
