iPod Streaming mp3 talk radio

Hi,
I've been searching hi and low for streaming mp3 talk radio stations so I can get art bell, savage, phil hendrie, etc to play on my itunes. Most sites have their own pop-up window to play the shows and I can't figure out how to get it in itunes....unless its an mp3 stream. Any suggestions?

I want it in itunes...because I have a program that is a sleep timer so I can sleep to the show. I haven't found a decent sleep timer for the non-itunes stations, yet.

Not sure if this is what you want to do, but you could use Audio Hijack to grab the sound from the stream and save as an MP3 file. Then you can import to iTunes. I record shows from the radio using Audio Hijack and it works great.
