I have just bought a Time Capsule and I am very happy with it. I have placed my music files on it and can easily stream music to my MacBook air and my MacBook pro. Now I want to stream to my iPhone 4 but apparently it is not possible to get the iPod application persuaded to read from my Time capsule and not from the local RAM. I have found an application called NetPortal, that indeed can read any file from the Time Capsule but this application will only play one song at a time, not the entire album like iTunes will on a Mac. Of cause it is annoying that one has go to the device and manually start on the next song.
Does anyone know an iPhone application that can do the trick: play all the songs it can see from a TC knowing the IP-address of this device?

Well, the iPhone can only get music streamed to it via iTunes. Unless you use a third party app or the iCloud.

You can place your entire iTunes library on your TC and use iTunes to stream music to your iPhone. But your computer needs to have iTunes running.
Home sharing needs to be enables in iTunes and on your iPhone.

Solution found!

The app called Filebrowser for iPhone (and iPad) can do the trick!
Great thanks to the programmers of this very handy app. They has been most helpful.

Wait, so you stream the music on your TC to your macs? How? Can you do this with ATV?
