Hi.
I just bought my mac mini 2.26ghz with 4gb of memory.

I dont know if anyone is familiar with move media player, but
thats what I used to stream nfl live in HD via NFL.com
NFL game pass hd is supposed to work with mac according to nfl.com.
U can see the system requirements on this page:
http://www.nfl.com/gamepass

My problem is that.. I can watch some of the material,
but when trying to stream the actual games, it just says "loading".

Has anyone used gamepass HD with a mac mini?

My system
Modellnamn: Mac mini
Modellidentifierare: Macmini3,1
Processornamn: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processospeed: 2.26 GHz
Antal processorer: 1
Totalt antal kärnor: 2

Memory: 4 GB
Bus speed: 1.07 GHz

I have the latest versions of firefox and flip4mac

Thx alot for any help!

I have. I don't think you can currently do any Game Pass things because the season hasn't started yet. In my experience (on a 2006 MBP 2 GHz, 2 GB RAM) depended almost entirely on how Game Pass's servers were feeling at the moment. When the connection was good, GP was amazing- we were able to project the game onto a wall and it was crystal clear.

...of course when GP's servers were getting hit hard (Monday and Sunday nights, mostly.... for obvious reasons) it sometimes lagged interminably and the quality was horrible. I remember a couple of times when we had to watch a movie or a TV show for a while because the NFL slide show we were getting was giving us a headache.

Summary: Your mac mini should be able to run it fine, it's most likely Game Pass' end that's the problem.

solved it

Ok sounds great!

I purchased the nfl game pass off season, with all the games and
nfl network live, just to see how it worked with my new mac.

The solution for my problem was to use Safari and not firefox,
now the games work and it looks great.

Thanx anyway for ur reply.

go giants btw :D

saving money wherever possible

anyone fancy sharing their game pass - I pay a few quid towards the season cost and get to use it for a couple days a week - not Sundays.?
