Streaming pictures from ipod touch to PC

Hy!

I couldn't find anything about this topic, but is there any way, to stream your pictures from an iOs device (in my case an itouch) to you pc, just like airplay? I don't have an AppleTv, nor an Airport, but I have a PC connected to my TV, and I would like to wirelessly get the photos on my TV screen.
