iPod touch Streaming to linux

occasionally I run Ubuntu 10.10 and I was wondering if there was any way to stream from an iDevice to linux.
 
I think you can run iTunes using Wine. There was a site I saw a while back that detailed how, if I find it I'll let you know.

May have been Lifehacker.com try searching there.
