Streaming video feed from iPhone/iPad

Hi.

I would like to turn my iOS device(s) into CCTV/ baby monitor for a while.
Ideally it should stream both video and audio.

The apps that I have found so far simply don't work or have not been updated since iOS 4 etc

Is there any such app that is more or less guaranteed to simply work?
