Streaming video from the Mac

I'm looking for a way to stream a few video files from my Mac Mini to an SDTV. Anyone have any suggestions? Since the TV has component inputs, but no 480p support, the Apple TV is unfortunately not an option.

You will need some sort of scan converter that will convert VGA or DVI to NTSC component video. A breakout cable will not work, unfortunately. This is the cheapest converter that I can find that will do this.
