Streaming video on mac

Hi

I bought a macbook pro 13 2011 recently with mac osx lion and i can´t play streaming videos on the internet. It works on youtube, but for watching tv channels or forum videos it doesn´t work! It worked in the first few weeks but now...

if someone can solve this problem please help.

Did you check whether you have the Flash plugin installed for the browser you're using?

Is it up to date?
