Streaming video over a network.

Currently, I stream audio over a wired network connection (using XP and Airfoil) to an airport express station at the other side of a building. I now need to upgrade that to audio and video. I would like to project the video from a mounted projector I have yet to purchase so a computerless solution would be preferable if possible. Any ideas?
