iPhone Streaming Wireless

At my cabin I have LTE service on my phone, but no internet or WIFI. Is there anyway to stream videos from my Iphone to my TV wirelessly? Here is a BIG catch. I wanted to make a network with a wireless router and stream that way but I want to be able to still use LTE off my phone. Any hacks to do that?

I was thinking maybe there was a jailbroken app that forces sent data through WIFI but receives data via LTE?

Buy an aTV3, I believe it should work.
