Streaming with base 13 inch model

I hear it's a pain to stream xbox 360 gameplay to justin.tv or a site like that with a mac. I have a base model 2011 macbook pro, kinda wanted to sell my pc and go straight mac since windows drives me nutz these days, can anyone make some suggestions on capture cards or ways to stream my gameplay easily? I believe there's a 5 program method but thats alot of work is there just a plug and play type option at all?

i was wondering the same thing, i used to stream low quality on my pc laptop and a Dazzle 100 capture card. Im about to buy a Macbook pro and i know Hauppauge HD PVR are great capture cards so stream high quality
