Streaming with MacBook Core m3

I'd like to know if anyone with a core m3 MacBook has tried using a capture card and streaming to a live service like twitch while recording the video, or just recording the video itself in real time. I'd like to be doing this using OBS but I'd like to know if it can at least handle 720p at 60fps or if it can't. I might go for the MacBook pro instead if it can't, however I do prefer the look and size of the macbook.
